Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external sources regarding network configurations, security, and cloud environment performance.
- Collaborate with various teams (customers, partners, internal teams) to understand their needs and resolve enrollment-related issues.
- Manage and configure cloud-based networking solutions to ensure they align with company goals.
- Implement approved changes to the cloud infrastructure.
- Investigate and troubleshoot cloud-related problems using internal monitoring tools.
- Assist with testing and maintaining disaster recovery plans.
- Contribute to internal documentation for resolved issues and maintained systems.
- Gather information for audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Experience with process improvement and problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaboration skills.
- Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to translate goals into new ideas and solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Server environments, including Active Directory, networking storage, and virtualization technologies (preferred).
- Knowledge of systems administration principles (a plus).
- Up to 10% travel time may be required.
