Job Description
The Marketing & Communications team plays a critical role in connecting individuals worldwide to transformative lifelong learning experiences and shaping public discourse on the evolving landscape of education and the future of work. The team is structured into four key areas: Consumer Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, Brand & Creative, and Communications. Current priorities include expanding Coursera’s brand reach, attracting new learners to the platform, connecting students with degree programs, acquiring new enterprise clients across businesses, governments, and campuses, and developing a comprehensive marketing system that supports learners throughout their professional journeys.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students based in India who have expressed interest in our hosted online degree programs. We are seeking a highly professional individual who can effectively implement our call roadmap and outreach strategy, while demonstrating a genuine enthusiasm for assisting students in achieving their academic and professional aspirations.
This role offers a direct opportunity to impact the growth and success of degree programs offered on the Coursera platform and to contribute to shaping the future of higher education. The ideal candidate will thrive in a lean, performance-driven environment while fostering a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. This is a full-time, remote position. The role requires working primarily within the Indian Standard Time (IST) zone to effectively communicate with English-speaking prospective students.
