Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis and resolution of customer support tickets.
- Simulate customer-reported issues to identify solutions and fixes for inquiries.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Exotel products, becoming proficient in Exotel-specific tools and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams including Customer Happiness, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships.
- Adopt a “Be Curious” mindset, continuously exploring innovative and enhanced methods for resolving customer issues.
Qualifications
- Possession of an engineering degree or equivalent qualification is essential.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Competence in promptly responding to and resolving support-related inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Exceptional ability to analyze, research, and resolve highly technical and unique problems.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong command of Linux Command-Line Interface (CLI) tools.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
