Job Description
Flipkart WiRED has established itself as a leading and highly influential B-School competition in the country, providing a significant platform for students across all academic levels and specializations to showcase their business insight, innovative thinking, and leadership capabilities. The following are key reasons to dedicate your time to this competition:
Career Advancement:
* First-year students who progress beyond Round 2 (Video Submission) will be considered for Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs) for Internship opportunities.
* Second-year students who advance beyond Round 3 (Semi-Finals) will have the opportunity to interview for Full-Time positions.
* Live Project Opportunities will be granted to campus winners and campuses demonstrating the highest levels of participation in the quiz component.
Recognition:
* Flipkart WiRED will publish a list of the Top 50 Breakthrough Talents, highlighting the most promising and employable B-School candidates of 2025.
* Official Program Certificates will be presented to Winners, Runners-Up, and National Finalists.
Prizes and Rewards:
* National Winners will receive Flipkart EGVs (Electronic Gift Vouchers) worth INR 1,25,000 per track.
* Runners-Up will receive Flipkart EGVs worth INR 75,000 per track.
* Branded WiRED Merchandise, valued at a total of INR 3 Lakhs, will be awarded to Semi-Finalists and National Finalists.
