Job Description

Gain comprehensive insights into managing supply chain logistics within a thriving multi-million-dollar organization.

Critical questions to consider in this role: How does one effectively coordinate the intricate logistics of a million-dollar project encompassing multiple vendors located both domestically and internationally? What strategies can be implemented to optimize cost efficiency and enhance profit margins for each individual order? Furthermore, how can order fulfillment timelines be expedited to deliver orders in five days, rather than the standard ten-day turnaround?

In this position, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and collaborate closely with diverse members of the Fresh Prints team. This presents an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated individual to acquire practical, hands-on experience within one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States, as recognized by Inc. 5000.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the operations team to directly contribute to the revenue growth of Fresh Prints.
• Provide support to the operations team by addressing inquiries originating from internal staff and campus managers.
• Utilize available tools and resources to generate pricing quotations and communicate estimated delivery timelines.
• Proactively identify and report any delays, inconsistencies, or errors that could potentially impact pricing or delivery schedules.
• Execute assigned tasks with a strong focus on both quality and efficiency.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements to facilitate team scalability.

• Demonstrated excellence in both verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt swiftly to evolving priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Fundamental proficiency in the use of Google Sheets.
