Job Description

In this internship, you will contribute to the design, development, and launch of functionalities that support the company’s growing business needs, primarily through the creation of internal web applications. This includes working on scalable solutions for managing large datasets and enhancing platform architecture and resilience. You will also work in conjunction with Engineering and Product teams to improve Google’s products and internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical consulting to key advertisers and internal sales teams regarding the integration and optimization of Google Ads products and APIs.
• Design, develop, and implement custom web-based solutions, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept to address specific client business challenges.
• Utilize engineering expertise to adapt existing custom ads solutions created by regional teams into globally scalable solutions that can be implemented for a wider range of customers.
• Assume ownership of the entire solution lifecycle, from initial discovery to launch, including managing maintenance bugs and feature requests, and overseeing deprecation processes for a portfolio of scaled solutions.

Qualifications

• Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language is required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate fluently in English to effectively participate in technical discussions.
• Currently enrolled as a full-time student and planning to return to the academic program following the internship.
• Possess exceptional programming skills in languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
• Availability to complete a full-time internship lasting 10-12 weeks between May and August 2025. Specific program dates will be communicated later in the recruitment process.
