Responsibilities

  • Ensure productivity and quality levels meet established process standards.
  • Provide efficient, accurate, and professional service to customers, focusing on resolving requests.
  • Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers, identifying opportunities to enhance customer service and boost productivity.
  • Continuously acquire and update knowledge regarding procedures relevant to the assigned process.

  • Demonstrated ownership of issues.
  • Knowledge and experience working in Hong Kong Wholesale Banking Operations.
  • Good understanding of Wholesale products and services offered by Wholesale Client and Account Servicing.
  • Solid understanding of the client interface/onboarding and associated bank processes.
  • Delivery-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in the Banking Industry is considered an advantage.
