Job Description

Jio is seeking a Customer Support Advisor for a permanent Work From Home position, hiring from non-metropolitan cities across India. This role involves a blended support process including chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and have prior BPO experience. The position requires the candidate to have their own laptop and a stable broadband connection. This is a full-time, remote role with a 6-day work week and rotational shifts, including nights.
