Job Description
Sales Performance Monitoring
* Track sales performance and contribution percentages for private-label FMCG products across designated retail locations.
* Conduct routine store audits and meticulously analyze billing data to pinpoint potential promotional opportunities.
* Leverage CCTV surveillance to assess the effectiveness of in-store execution strategies.
Training & Store Engagement
* Educate store personnel on product attributes and effective sales methodologies.
* Develop role-playing videos to enhance knowledge and skill development.
* Serve as a vital link between category planning initiatives and store-level operational activities.
Inventory Management
* Maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
* Ensure zero warehouse returns due to expiration or damage.
* Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Merchandising & Display Execution
* Ensure strict adherence to planograms and consistent standardization of product placement strategies.
* Enhance shelf aesthetics and overall product visibility.
Promotions & Marketing Support

- Qualification: Recent MBA graduate (2024 or 2025 pass-out) with a minimum CGPA of 7 or equivalent.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one of the following regional languages: Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, Kannada, or Odiya.

Other Information
Candidates taking the test in Hyderabad are requested to remain at the test venue for approximately two hours following the examination to receive their results. Successful candidates will proceed to a face-to-face personal interview on the same day.
Candidates testing at locations outside of Hyderabad are free to depart the venue upon completion of the exam. Results will be announced the following day, and shortlisted candidates will be notified via email or WhatsApp. The personal interview will be conducted online, and the schedule will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.
CTC includes a ₹1,00,000 retention bonus, payable in installments of ₹2,00,000 upon completion of two years of service.
