Responsibilities:
- Complete order validation for all customers.
- Complete Service Agreements for US government customers.
- Release orders in cooperation with various departments.
- Approve credit for returns.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience in customer service, order management, or finance.
- Ability to work a mixed shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and US hours (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm IST).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent communication, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
