Participants will engage in an intensive, fully compensated training program at our Academy, lasting between 6 to 10 weeks. Following the Academy, you will be placed with one of our esteemed client organizations for a period of 12 to 24 months. Our clients include leading investment banks and prominent companies spanning diverse industries, from healthcare and aviation to insurance.
Throughout your placement, mthree provides comprehensive support, including scheduled salary increases every nine months and a structured online learning plan designed to enhance your technical capabilities. Upon completion of the program, a significant majority of our alumni transition into permanent roles with our client organizations.

Job Description
Successful candidates will be deployed to one of our client organizations as mthree Alumni, where they will contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable and stable off-the-shelf applications or custom-built technology solutions. Working collaboratively within a global team, you will also provide support for critical systems, encompassing algorithmic trading engines and regulatory reporting platforms.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable and stable off-the-shelf applications or custom-built technology solutions.
- Work collaboratively within a global team.
- Provide support for critical systems, encompassing algorithmic trading engines and regulatory reporting platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a closely related STEM discipline.
- Academic standing with an overall aggregate of 60% or higher, with no outstanding arrears.
- Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Python, C, and C++.
- Experience in competitive coding environments is considered a distinct advantage.
- Proven troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
- Strong understanding of fundamental software engineering principles, including data structures, object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and multithreading.
- Familiarity with the formal software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of test-driven development methodologies.
