Job Description
As a Software Development Engineer on the Integrations team, you will be instrumental in driving innovation and scaling backend data integrations at myKaarma. Your responsibilities will include spearheading innovative solutions, managing the influx of large data volumes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and handling various ad hoc tasks. You will work in close collaboration with product, customer success, and third-party teams to ensure outstanding customer service, optimize software performance, and streamline business operations using myKaarma. Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of and contribute to the evolution of myKaarma’s existing third-party integrations ecosystem, specifically regarding the technical pipeline.
- Influence and refine the design of integrations.
- Manage tight deadlines and deliverables on high-priority projects, working alongside internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Support, and Deployment.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across both technical and non-technical domains.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to cloud technologies or distributed systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, accompanied by a robust foundation in Computer Science principles.
