Job Description
MANAGE is seeking applications from qualified individuals for the position of Programme Executive within its School of Agri-business Management. This role involves providing comprehensive support for the academic and administrative operations of the PGDM (ABM) program. The Programme Executive will assist in various processes including admissions, academic support, event management, record keeping, and administrative duties. The position is initially for a one-year period, with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting academic activities.

Responsibilities
- Assisting in the approval processes for AICTE, NBA, and AIU accreditations.
- Providing support throughout all phases of the admission process for the PGDM (ABM) program.
- Aiding in classroom management to ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Monitoring student attendance, including the management of biometric records.
- Arranging for the photocopying of reading materials and case studies for students.
- Assisting in invigilation duties during examinations.
- Supporting the three-stage verification process for student marks and attendance.
- Accompanying students on field visits and educational excursions.
- Digitizing data, meticulously managing files, and maintaining confidential records.
- Overseeing cultural events and other activities conducted outside of standard office hours.
- Assisting with the settlement of bills and payments for all PGDM (ABM) events.
- Providing support for institutional events, guest lectures, and academic workshops.
- Coordinating accommodation and transportation arrangements for guest faculty.
- Maintaining and managing audio-visual equipment, including screen projectors, audio amplifiers, smart podiums, and microphones.
- Assisting with the application process for B-Schools surveys.
- Supporting data entry tasks specifically for the PGDM (ABM) program.
- Aiding in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for the PGDM (ABM) program.
- Preparing answer booklets for examinations.
- Undertaking any other duties as assigned by the Head & Principal Coordinator PGDM (ABM).
Qualifications
- Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Good English communication skills.
- Prior experience working with PGDM (ABM) or similar programs.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA) (Desirable)
- Experience in records management (Desirable)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in performing job functions similar to those listed (Desirable)
- Age limit: Up to 35 years.
