The Batch Coordinator will be responsible for a range of academic and administrative duties related to the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Agri-Business Management) program.

Responsibilities
- Managing official correspondence with regulatory bodies such as AICTE, NBA, and AIU, as well as other relevant agencies.
- Overseeing and coordinating the daily academic operations of the program.
- Providing support in the development and implementation of the academic calendar.
- Acting as the primary point of contact and liaison among students, faculty members, and administrative departments.
- Facilitating guest lectures, faculty visits, and institutional events.
- Processing the settlement of bills pertaining to guest faculty and programs conducted during the academic year.
- Supervising examinations and invigilation duties.
- Managing classroom activities and environments.
- Maintaining and managing the academic portal.
- Ensuring comprehensive data and record management.
- Upholding strict confidentiality in the handling of academic records.
- Demonstrating technical and administrative proficiency.
- Undertaking any other duties as assigned by the Head & Programme Coordinator (School of Agri-business Management).
Qualifications
- A Postgraduate degree in Agricultural Social Sciences, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, both achieved with a first division or an equivalent overall grade point from an accredited university or institution.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English communication and effective teaching skills.
- Preference will be extended to candidates holding a Ph.D. in Agribusiness Management.
- A minimum of two years of experience in academic administration, coordination, or program management, preferably within management or agricultural institutions.
- Publication of research papers in journals indexed in the Science Citation Index (SCI) or those rated NAAS ≥ 4.0.
- Previous experience in managing agribusiness or management programs.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years
