As a developing engineering position, the Application Managed Services Engineer (L2) is in charge of offering managed services to clients in order to guarantee the continued operation of their packaged application technologies, including middleware, ERP, and other business-critical software. This is done by proactively monitoring, identifying, looking into, and resolving application-based incidents, service requests, and alerts.

In order to ensure the seamless operation and optimization of clients' application infrastructure and services, the main goal of this role is to proactively review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without violating the terms of the service level agreement (SLA). It primarily focuses on second-line support for incidents and requests with a medium level of complexity.

When needed, the Application Managed Services Engineer (L2) may additionally assist with or contribute to project activities.

Responsibilities

Education Qualifications
