Job Description

The Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for the meticulous management of weekly payment processing for a client base of approximately 300 customers. This role requires a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency in all financial transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer payments on a weekly basis with precision.
  • Manually update and maintain payment records within the company’s designated system.
  • Perform weekly financial reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare quarterly profit and loss reports to assess financial performance.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Provide support to the Account Manager by preparing necessary financial documentation.
  • Ensure zero errors in all payment processing activities.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial data entry and reconciliation processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience utilizing accounting software; Xero is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Hindi (for Indian candidates).
  • Previous experience in property or rental management accounting.
  • Familiarity with the Power Apps system.
  • A solid understanding of financial reporting principles.
  • Basic knowledge of Australian financial regulations.
