With a focus on five primary areas—Content Policy, Intellectual Property Operations, Prohibited Content, Scaled Abuse, and User Safety—the Marketplace Trust team is in charge of reducing Poshmark's exposure to content- and abuse-related risks.
As a Patrol Associate, Marketplace Trust, you will evaluate user-generated content and provide decisions on it. Patrol Associates protects the community from potentially offensive content and other types of inauthentic behaviour, maintaining the quality and confidence of Poshmark's user experiences.
Responsibilities
- This entry-level role is meant for recent graduates who are enthusiastic about task-based work.
- adhering to standard procedures for evaluating text and visual information created by users. Please be aware that occasionally viewing inappropriate or objectionable content may be part of this work.
- assessing a variety of intricate characteristics to effectively spot phoney listings and questionable activity, and if required, taking the proper action to delete the individual or their content.
- gaining and retaining knowledge about Poshmark's content policies as well as new and developing fraud patterns.
- independently completing daily duties as given and continuously exceeding quality and productivity standards.
- taking part in all mandatory coaching and training sessions and giving management input on possible areas for development.
