Qualifications
- University degree for all categories.
- Specific degree or diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication for Editors (News) and Assistant Website Editors.
- Degree/diploma in TV & Radio Production for Broadcast Assistants.
- Matriculation in the relevant language for Broadcast Assistants.
- Proficiency in Telugu for Telugu News Readers.
- Knowledge of camera operation and lighting for Camera Persons.
- Experience in news gathering for Camera Persons and Video Journalists.
- Experience in editing news content for television for Editors (News).
- Proficiency in editing software for Editors (News).
- Proven experience in reporting and video recording/editing for Video Journalists.
- Familiarity with audio-visual mediums for Broadcast Assistants.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (desirable for Video Journalists).
- Exposure to new media operations (desirable for Assistant Website Editors).
