Qualifications
- Quarter Master (Regular Basis):
* (i) Bachelor’s degree in Arts (B.A.) or Commerce (B.Com).
* (ii) A minimum of five years of experience as an Upper Division Clerk (UDC) in stores, or as a Quarter Master, or an Ex-Serviceman, ideally a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO), possessing at least 10 years of experience in store handling and accounting. - TGT (Social Science) – Contractual:
* (a) Bachelor’s degree with two subjects from History, Political Science, Economics, Sociology, and Geography.
* OR
* Honors Bachelor’s degree with History, Political Science, or Geography as a main subject.
* AND
* (b) A recognized Degree in Education.
* OR
* (c) B.A.Ed. with Social Science from a Regional College of Education. - TGT (Mathematics) – Contractual:
* (a) Bachelor’s degree in/with the subject of Mathematics
* (b) A recognized Degree in Education.
* OR
* B.A.Ed. with Mathematics from a Regional College of Education. - Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – Contractual:
* (a) Matriculation from any recognized Board.
* (b) Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
* (c) Proficiency in Computer applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet usage. - Physical Education Mistress (PEM)/ PTI cum Matron (Female) – Contractual:
* (a) Recognized Diploma in Physical Education.
* (b) Ability to speak and understand Assamese, Hindi, and English. - Matron (Female) – Contractual:
* (a) Candidate should have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination.
* (b) Candidate should be able to converse fluently in English. - Ward Boy – Contractual:
* (a) Candidate should have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination.
* (b) Candidate should be able to converse fluently in English.

The Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of “Principal, Sainik School, Goalpara,” payable at State Bank of India, Mornai (Code No. 9148). The envelope containing the application should clearly indicate “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ……………………………………(REGULAR/CONTRACTUAL).” Applications submitted without the Demand Draft or received after the application deadline will not be considered. THE LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS IS 01 SEPTEMBER 2025.
