Responsibilities
- Process Ownership and Improvement
- Take full ownership of assigned processes and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop a comprehensive spreadsheet dashboard to meticulously track the Daily and Monthly academic operations of SST (Scaler School of Technology).
- Schedule, coordinate, and diligently monitor all academic activities, ensuring strict adherence to program Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Serve as the primary point of contact within the team for any inquiries related to data or insights concerning the academic process.
- Transparency and Communication
- Ensure that both students and faculty members are thoroughly informed and kept up-to-date regarding all course-related activities and updates.
- Promptly escalate any student issues or concerns to the appropriate stakeholders and diligently follow up to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Tracking and Reporting
- Regularly monitor key program metrics and performance indicators, and generate comprehensive reports for relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify students who may be falling behind academically, and proactively flag any concerns to the Program Leads for intervention and support.
Education Qualification
- Open to any recent graduate, post-graduate, or final year student who is capable of working full-time at the SST campus.
- Demonstrated previous experience in planning, organizing, and effectively tracking activities, such as placements, fests, or club events.
- A verifiable history of being meticulous and diligent in adhering to established processes, as well as ensuring compliance from others.
- Proficiency in tracking processes and managing data through spreadsheets or dashboards.
Skills
- Possess a strong commitment to ensuring accuracy and preventing errors from all stakeholders when a process is clearly defined and implemented.
- Demonstrate comfort and adaptability in learning and utilizing new Tracking Tools, along with proficiency in managing and analyzing data through spreadsheets.
- Exhibit proactive follow-up skills with stakeholders and a willingness to escalate issues or bottlenecks promptly.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and maintain professionalism in all forms of communication.
- Proactively communicate with Program Leads regarding deliverables and deadlines, rather than passively waiting for instructions.
