Responsibilities

  • Process Ownership and Improvement
  • Take full ownership of key academic processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet dashboard to track Daily and Monthly academic operations of SST, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and meticulously monitor academic activities, ensuring strict adherence to program SOPs and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact in the team for all data-related queries and insights regarding the academic process, providing valuable analytical support.
  • Transparency and Communication
  • Actively ensure that students and faculty members are fully informed about all course-related activities, including schedules, deadlines, and important announcements.
  • Promptly escalate any student issues or concerns to the relevant stakeholders, collaborating effectively to ensure timely resolution and student satisfaction.
  • Tracking and Reporting
  • Consistently monitor key program metrics on a regular basis, compiling comprehensive reports for stakeholders to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data to proactively identify students who may be falling behind in their studies, flagging potential concerns to Program Leads for intervention and support.

Education Qualification

  • Open to any recent graduate, post-graduate, or final year student who is capable of working full-time at the SST campus and contributing to the team.
  • Possess previous experience in planning, organizing, and meticulously tracking activities related to placements, fests, clubs, or similar initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a verifiable history of diligence and precision in following established processes, with a proven ability to ensure that others adhere to these processes as well.
  • Be competent in tracking processes through spreadsheets or dashboards, with the ability to leverage data to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

Skills

  • Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring zero errors from any stakeholder when following a defined process, showcasing a high level of attention to detail.
  • Possess the ability to quickly and comfortably learn new Tracking Tools, with proficiency in managing and analyzing data through spreadsheets.
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and address any potential roadblocks, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions and communications.
  • Take the initiative to proactively check in with Program Leads about deliverables, rather than waiting for instructions, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
