Job Description

This role has been created to enhance operational efficiency through the development of AI-driven tools. These tools will automate essential workflows, such as updating task statuses through Slack, generating client proposals from initial briefs, streamlining resume screening with suggested interview questions, and summarizing Zoom transcripts into concise, actionable notes, all leveraging intelligent, AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, demonstrating robust coding skills and practical experience with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). They should exhibit proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks, including OpenAI/GPT APIs and LangChain, or comparable technologies.

Experience integrating third-party tools and services, such as Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, and Zapier, is crucial. The candidate should also be capable of rapid prototyping using no-code or low-code platforms like Replit, Retool, or Bubble. A strong analytical mindset, coupled with a passion for addressing real-world business challenges through technological solutions, is essential. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining clear and well-organized documentation are also required. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with founders and functional leads across Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales to identify areas of operational inefficiency and explore opportunities for automation.
  • Design and develop innovative AI-driven tools and systems for both internal teams and clients, aiming to streamline processes, enhance marketing workflows, and facilitate more informed decision-making.
  • Develop and deploy GPT-powered agents, including proposal generators, ad audit bots, HR assistants (for job description generation and resume screening), and summarization tools for content from Slack, email, and Notion.
  • Continuously conceptualize and prototype new automation solutions, leveraging a combination of coding and no-code platforms.
  • Integrate AI tools seamlessly into the existing technology infrastructure, encompassing Slack, Notion, Google Suite, and Typeform, to create efficient and interconnected workflows.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and rigorously track the impact and return on investment (ROI) of each implemented solution.
  • Actively explore, test, and implement emerging AI tools, scaling those solutions that demonstrate significant value and effectiveness.
