Job Description

Responsibilities

• Database Querying: Employ SQL expertise to execute queries within analytical engines, including Google BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and other industry-leading platforms.
• Scripting Proficiency: Develop scalable scripts to efficiently retrieve and manipulate data from various API endpoints.
• Data Analysis: Analyze substantial volumes of user behavior data on the ShareChat platform, extracting meaningful insights and actionable conclusions.
• Critical Thinking: Identify trends and patterns within data sets to generate novel insights and conclusions based on analytical findings.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of vigilance in data analysis to ensure accuracy and precision in conclusions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Superset, Redash, Metabase, or similar platforms.
• Experience with programming languages, including Python or R, is highly advantageous.
• Solid understanding of and practical experience with reporting software packages (e.g., Business Objects), database management systems (e.g., SQL), and programming languages/frameworks (e.g., XML, Javascript, ETL frameworks).
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities, encompassing the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant information with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Technical proficiency in data modeling, database design and development, data mining techniques, and segmentation methodologies.
