Responsibilities

  • Manage all establishment-related tasks and other employee service matters.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the Right to Information (RTI) Act, Fundamental Rules and Supplementary Rules (FRSR), Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules (CCS (CCA) Rules), Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules (CCS (Pension) Rules), National Pension System (NPS), and Department of Personnel and Training (DoP&T) rules and guidelines governing employee service matters, with demonstrated expertise in their practical application within the establishment.
  • Manage all academic matters. Possess a thorough understanding of University Grants Commission (UGC) regulations, Ministry of Education guidelines, National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) guidelines, and Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) guidelines concerning foreign students and visitors attending conferences in India.
  • Candidates applying for supervisory or managerial roles should be highly self-motivated and possess strong leadership qualities, coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Institute with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
  • A Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Management or Administration from a recognized University or Institute.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of personal computers and various software applications.
  • A minimum of five years of service in Pay Level 6 and/or Pay Level 7 and/or Pay Level 8, or with an equivalent Total Monthly Emolument (TME).
  • Verifiable experience in managing Establishment and/or Academic affairs.
