Job Description

xAI is dedicated to building AI systems that deeply understand the universe and assist humanity in its quest for knowledge. Our organizational structure is flat and collaborative; every employee directly contributes to our mission. As an AI Tutor, your key responsibility will be generating high-quality, accurately labeled data using various methods to train our natural language processing (NLP) algorithms. This involves close collaboration with our technical team to create datasets crucial for model training, benchmarking, and overall AI advancement. Your work will be instrumental in improving the quality and performance of our products and services by ensuring the accuracy and high standard of our training data. You will be a vital part of our progress in creating cutting-edge AI technology.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our proprietary software to provide input and labels for assigned projects, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain the highest standards of data quality, contributing to the creation of reliable and effective training datasets.
• Actively participate in the training of new AI tasks, collaborating closely with our technical team to successfully develop and deploy innovative technologies. This involves contributing your expertise to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Work directly with the technical staff to improve the efficiency and usability of our data annotation tools, providing valuable feedback and suggestions based on your experience.
• Contribute to diverse writing assignments aimed at improving the precision and performance of our generative AI models. This will involve creating and editing diverse text formats to enhance model learning.

Education Qualification

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, demonstrating proficiency in both informal and professional contexts.
• Proven strong research abilities, including the capacity to effectively navigate diverse information sources such as databases, online resources, and academic literature.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal interaction, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Possess strong reading comprehension and the ability to make sound, independent judgments, even when presented with limited or ambiguous information.
• A genuine passion for technological advancement and innovation, and a commitment to contributing to the field of artificial intelligence.

Skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, demonstrating proficiency in both informal and professional contexts.
• Proven strong research abilities, including the capacity to effectively navigate diverse information sources such as databases, online resources, and academic literature.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal interaction, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Possess strong reading comprehension and the ability to make sound, independent judgments, even when presented with limited or ambiguous information.
• A genuine passion for technological advancement and innovation, and a commitment to contributing to the field of artificial intelligence.
• Fluency in reading and writing, in addition to English, in at least one of the following languages: Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, German, Russian, Italian, French, Arabic, Indonesian, Turkish, Hindi, Persian, Spanish, and/or Portuguese. Additional languages are a plus.
• Proven experience in a professional writing environment, such as technical writing, journalism, or content creation. This includes demonstrating experience in editing, proofreading, and refining written material.
