What you will do

You are facilitating the delivery of strong, downtime-optimized, and highly automated lifecycle management operations run via ECS in your capacity as Downtime Minimized Automation Owner.
You will assume responsibility for operational procedures and integration scenarios in light of SAP’s increased growth. Your efforts will be concentrated on automating downtime-minimized services and stabilization enhancements to assist Operations in lowering labor costs and cost structure (lower TCO) and providing speedier services to our clients.

 

The following tasks will be included in your role:

Participate in standardizing maintenance procedures and cloud-like innovation to provide a smooth client experience.
Using analytical tools and capabilities, optimize and stabilize NetWeaver lifecycle management processes in a proactive manner.
covering cloud service providers such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure
Organize and plan,tasks, action plans that include requirements engineering, setting priorities, and establishing deliverable dates that are in sync
Formulate and coordinate test plans, facilitate and carry out testing, validation, and deployment operations.
Management of Change monitoring technical issues in Jira
Lead the team in resolving issues and make use of the expert network.
assist with technology-related initiatives in a challenging setting
Oversee the interactions between various stakeholder groups both inside and outside of ECS Delivery.

Education Requirement

1-3 years professional experience in system administration (SAP Basis knowledge mandatory)

Good to have skills

Knowledge of SAP BASIS, databases, and system operations; ideally in a multi-cloud environment; proficiency with integrated E2E Lifecycle Management Procedure design and structure
Skills in project management
strong aptitude for analysis and problem-solving
willingness to work in multinational teams as well as prior experience
solid knowledge of SAP solutions, including platform interdependencies and release cycles.
