Job Description

SuperProcure is seeking a highly motivated Customer Onboarding & Success Trainee to facilitate the seamless integration and onboarding of new clients onto the SuperProcure software platform. This individual will also contribute to the retention and success of existing customers through proactive client health monitoring and comprehensive support initiatives designed to maximize platform adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve targeted win rates, measured as the conversion of pilot programs to confirmed subscriptions.
  • Conduct online user training and onboarding sessions via phone calls and email correspondence.
  • Maintain targeted logo and revenue retention rates.
  • Monitor user adoption metrics, generate detailed reports, and identify actionable strategies to foster growth and platform utilization.
  • Configure user accounts within the SuperProcure system according to specific client requirements.
  • Proactively contact users to encourage and support platform adoption as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Engineering, Business).
  • Zero to one year of experience in customer onboarding, customer support, or related fields.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including proficiency in English and a local language.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate confidently and effectively over the phone.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience with logistics solutions is considered a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Candidates should possess empathy, passion, persistence, and a strong desire to learn new concepts and technologies.
