Job Description

The Graduate Campus Hiring Program presents a unique opportunity to launch a distinguished career within the financial services sector. This program serves as a platform to identify, connect with, and recruit talented individuals from graduate (non-engineering) campuses throughout India. Simultaneously, it aims to cultivate the careers of aspiring young professionals by fostering innovation and promoting excellence.

Participants in this program will benefit from opportunities for upskilling and professional growth through structured sessions and networking engagements with Goldman Sachs’ senior leadership. These interactions will provide invaluable insights and enhance relevant skill sets. Furthermore, candidates will undergo a series of assessments designed to evaluate their aptitude and communication abilities, among other key skills.

Successful candidates will be offered a summer internship at Goldman Sachs in India. Following the offer, candidates will be required to formally accept the internship and confirm their withdrawal from other placement processes.
