**Responsibilities:**
* Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively and professionally through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chat.
* Utilize strong communication skills to deliver precise and comprehensive information about products and services to customers.
* Consistently achieve or surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the organization, focusing on metrics such as call handling efficiency, issue resolution success, and adherence to quality assurance standards.
* Actively participate and collaborate with team members to facilitate the attainment of collective objectives and goals.
* Thoroughly document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
**Candidate Profile Requirements:**
* Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field of specialization (BCA, B.Tech, or B.E. preferred).
* A minimum of 0-1 year of prior experience in a BPO customer service environment or a related field is desirable; however, applications from entry-level candidates and recent graduates are also encouraged.
* Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication skills, specifically in the English language.
* Fluency in Hindi is considered a significant advantage.
* Solid foundational computer skills, including a minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute (WPM), are essential.
