Job Description
Our technology teams are responsible for delivering and managing innovative engineering solutions that support the bank’s global clientele. As an apprentice, you will contribute to the development and implementation of solutions aimed at modernizing existing technology platforms, reducing complexity and risk, and fostering business growth. You will collaborate within a dynamic, creative, and innovative team environment, sharing solutions and collaborating with colleagues, driven by a strong desire to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing engineering solutions tailored to our businesses and customers.
- Providing production engineering services to guarantee the security and reliability of our technology infrastructure.
- Analyzing Deutsche Bank’s business data to inform strategic planning and project execution.
- Improving our infrastructure capabilities and functionality.
- Employing standard design patterns for strategic Deutsche Bank frameworks, including Fabric and Autobahn.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (Computer Science/Information Technology preferred).
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles (SDLC, Algorithms, Data Structures, Operating Systems, OOPS, database concepts, testing methodologies, etc.).
- Proficiency in coding principles.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Positive attitude and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Ability to thrive in production support environments, including incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
- Interest in project coordination and familiarity with PMO functions such as project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to commence full-time employment in September 2025.
- Completion of all academic requirements (exams, coursework) with no outstanding backlogs or pending academic obligations as of the joining date in September 2025.
