Responsibilities
- You will be able to assist with tasks that follow the accounts payable procedure in this capacity. You will be in charge of P2P and billing tasks every day. By guaranteeing accurate financial reporting and adherence to the pertinent accounting standards, you will further demonstrate your knowledge.
- For this role, the work models are #onsite and #hybrid.
- This position benefits Bangalore-Hebbal's finance sector.
- Mostly, you will be responsible for:
- handling accounts payable transactions while making sure that they are accurately tracked and processed.
- • Completing the tasks required in the accounts payable department to guarantee correct and timely reporting.
- • Completing analyses and reports as given, as well as taking any corrective action.
- • Compiling and assisting in the achievement of internal control over the compliance of financial reporting in accounts payable for relevant templates.
- • Creating pertinent documentation and taking part in internal control testing. Making certain that all pertinent parties are informed about developments and/or problems in order to optimize client satisfaction.
- • Examining invoices to ensure they meet internal control and fiscal standards. concentrating on planning and directing activities, projects, or programs to assist internal teams or processes.
- • Having SAP expertise in the area of accounts payment is advantageous.
- • ABB FTC will hire this person on a one-year contract.
Education Qualifications
- You're fully engrossed in the work you enjoy doing with SAP.
- Capacity to exhibit proficiency in SAP, AP, invoice processing, P2P, as a novice
- Your enthusiasm for analytics skills is contagious.
- A Bcom, Mcom, or MBA in finance with the appropriate paperwork and percentage
- You feel comfortable conversing both orally and in writing.
