• Offers quick and effective support to merchants and sellers on Amazon, including appropriately elevating problems for sellers.

· Exhibits outstanding time-management abilities and the capacity to function autonomously while utilizing departmental policies, processes, and resources.
• Fosters a supportive team atmosphere and offers proactive assistance to teammates facing challenging situations when required.
· Upholds accepted performance indicators, including attendance, productivity, quality, and first contact resolution.
· Actively looks for answers using logical thinking and data interpretation abilities, seeing trends and suggesting appropriate channels for improvement.
