Job Description
This is a fully remote work opportunity.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role involves guiding customers through the onboarding process and ensuring they become proficient users (or “Astra-nauts,” as we call our customers and team members) of Astra’s platform.
The position also requires collaboration with our sales, security, and marketing teams. As a cybersecurity company serving CTOs, engineering leaders, and CISOs, candidates with a foundational understanding of computer science principles are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Ensure a seamless and efficient customer onboarding experience.
- Drive product adoption and maximize user engagement.

- Secure timely account renewals for assigned clients.
