This is a remote work opportunity.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers throughout their onboarding journey and ensuring they become proficient users of Astra’s platform (Astra-nauts, as we affectionately call our customers and team members).
This position requires collaboration with our sales, security, and marketing teams. Given that our ideal customer profile (ICP) includes CTOs, engineering leaders, and CISOs within the cybersecurity domain, we prefer candidates with a foundational understanding of computer science principles.

Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and facilitate a seamless customer onboarding experience.
- Act as a champion for product adoption, driving user engagement and maximizing platform utilization.
- Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Secure renewals of assigned customer accounts, ensuring long-term customer retention and satisfaction.
- Thoroughly understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone on a daily basis, providing timely and effective support.
- Manage stakeholder communication and alignment between various internal teams and customers, fostering strong working relationships.
- Leverage customer experience to enhance brand image and promote the value of Astra’s solutions.
- Cultivate strong rapport and build lasting relationships with customers.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling complementary Astra products to existing customers.
- Ensure timely project delivery by effectively communicating and coordinating across teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the customer success platform.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a customer success role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Sufficient technical acumen to effectively support customers in a cybersecurity-focused organization.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfort and willingness to work in a remote work environment.
