Job Description
This position requires working alternate Saturdays. The supervisor may also request work on additional Saturdays or Sundays based on business needs. Even while working remotely after the initial training period, employees may be required to come into the office if productivity or quality issues arise and are not resolved after feedback has been provided. This is to ensure adherence to company standards and to address performance concerns.

Responsibilities
- This role involves providing essential support for the education verification process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all verifications. The process incorporates both telephone calls and email communication with educational institutions across India. Key responsibilities include: verifying educational credentials nationwide; contacting educational institutions via phone and/or email to obtain necessary verification information; maintaining adherence to turnaround times (TAT); promptly escalating issues requiring supervisory intervention. This position requires 0-1 year of experience in operational roles.
Education Qualification
- Applicants should possess 0-1 year of experience in operational roles. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
Skills
- The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Experience in background verification, particularly education verification, is highly valued. Additional key skills include: strong operational skills; meticulous attention to detail; exceptional interpersonal skills; adaptability and flexibility; a capacity for rapid learning; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; and a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
