Job Description
Bank of Maharashtra is inviting online applications for the engagement of Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the Project Year 2025-26. This apprenticeship program offers a structured training experience combining basic training with on-the-job practical learning, designed to meet the Bank’s specific requirements. The program is one year in duration, and apprentices will receive a monthly stipend but are not eligible for other allowances or benefits. This engagement is not a regular employment in the Bank, and there is no obligation for the Bank to offer employment upon completion of the training, nor is there an obligation for the apprentice to accept employment.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute approved by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies.
- Proficiency in the local language (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) of the State/UT where the apprentice is engaged. Proof of proficiency must be evidenced by a 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/certificate showing the local language.
- Minimum age of 20 years and maximum age of 28 years (with age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per Government guidelines).
- Candidates should not have undergone apprenticeship in any other organization, terminated an apprenticeship midway, or be currently pursuing apprenticeship training elsewhere.
- Candidates with one or more years of job experience after completing their educational qualifications are not eligible.
