Job Description
BEL’s Navi Mumbai Unit is seeking applications from motivated individuals for the position of Fixed Tenure Deputy Engineer (E-II) in the Mechanical discipline. This is a fixed-term engagement for a period of 5 years. Selected candidates will be part of a team contributing to BEL’s advanced electronic systems. The role involves potential relocation and frequent travel. Candidates must be willing to work in any location assigned by BEL Management and be prepared for frequent travel.

Responsibilities
- Work on advanced electronic systems within the Mechanical discipline.
- Be prepared to relocate to any BEL unit in India or abroad as per project requirements.
- Undertake frequent travel to various locations as required by projects.
- Contribute to the operational and developmental needs of the Navi Mumbai Unit.
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering / AMIE from an AICTE approved college/institute or a recognized University.
- Discipline: Mechanical Engineering.
- Possess First Class for General/OBC(NCL) and Pass Class for SC/PwBD.
- Candidates whose degree certificates do not specifically mention the prescribed discipline/specialization will not be considered.
- Must have qualified from an AICTE/UGC approved college/institute or recognized University.
- Must compulsorily attach the Provisional/Final Degree Certificate as proof of completion and indication of class/percentage.
- For Universities/Institutions using CGPA/DGPA/OGPA or letter grades, a proof of Percentage (%) and awarded class issued by the University/Institution/College is mandatory.
- For OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates, a certificate issued on or after 01.12.2024 is required.
- Candidates claiming age relaxation must attach the necessary certificate copy and provide originals for verification.
