Job Description
BrightCHAMPS is seeking dedicated and proficient Mathematics Teachers to conduct personalized one-on-one online sessions for students aged 6 to 16. The role involves engaging students primarily from the UK, Middle East, and India, with the objective of enhancing their foundational mathematical skills, improving calculation speed, and sharpening their logical reasoning abilities. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality one-on-one online Mathematics sessions for global students aged 6 to 16.
- Conduct classes that adhere to curriculum standards, assessment guidelines, and certification requirements.
- Achieve outstanding learning results by improving students’ speed, accuracy, and logical thinking in mathematics.
- Facilitate Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) with a target Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 9 or higher.
- Contribute to the refinement of the curriculum and participate in internal training initiatives.
- Maintain consistent communication, uphold professionalism, and ensure strong student engagement during sessions.
- Monitor student progress closely and provide recommendations for individualized learning pathways.
