- Applicants must not exceed 30 years of age. Age relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories, Central Government Employees, and Ex-Servicemen, in accordance with Central Government regulations.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology, or a Master’s Degree in Science, from a recognized University or Institution, in one of the subjects listed in Section 2.
- Candidates must possess a valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score from GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 in the relevant subject areas to be considered eligible.
