Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries received via email, telephone, and chat platforms.
  • Execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Represent Canonical at industry events and conferences worldwide, showcasing our solutions and cultivating face-to-face marketing and sales prospects.
  • Collaborate effectively with various teams and senior stakeholders to achieve shared objectives and drive successful outcomes.
  • Partner directly with the marketing team on the development and execution of targeted campaigns.

  • Assist in defining and refining processes and policies for the Sales Development team.
