- Collaborate with Key Account Managers.
- Participate in marketing events and learn about successful event execution and client engagement.
- Engage in client-facing activities such as presentations, proposals, business case development, and product demonstrations.
- Develop foundational knowledge in Sales Analytics and Sales Process excellence.
- Shadow senior sales engineers and participate in hands-on training.
- Observe how leaders inspire teams, drive growth, foster accountability, and prepare sales forecasts.
- Learn to prioritize initiatives by adopting disciplined use of sales systems, tools, processes, and methodologies under mentorship.
- Participate in cross-functional collaborations.
- Contribute to segment strategies and high-impact growth initiatives alongside senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Must have completed a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must have graduated in 2025 and obtained a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate.
- Must be available for a period of 12 months starting January 2025.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have passion for technology and the desire to learn with proactive engagement in a team.
- Must be enrolled as a ‘student’ on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and possess a valid student enrollment number issued by NATS.
- Bachelor’s degree (4 Years) in any stream with no active backlogs (Preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Preferred).
