Coalition Technologies is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Front End Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Converting intricate layout PSDs into pixel-perfect HTML5/CSS3 templates for the presentation layer.
- Developing responsive website designs.
- Building websites using WordPress, which includes the development and extension of plugins and themes.
- Utilizing design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks to create web-optimized images.
- Employing version control systems like GIT / SVN.
- Delivering high-quality work consistently while maintaining a strong focus on detail.
- Effectively managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Working efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with one or more Frontend Frameworks/Libraries such as React, Vue, or AngularJS.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, demonstrated by the capacity to articulate ideas, technical concepts, and constructive feedback clearly.
- A proactive approach, demonstrating initiative and a sense of ownership in all assigned tasks.
- Extensive expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
- A comprehensive understanding of cross-browser compatibility challenges and proficiency in debugging techniques using Chrome DevTools (Console, Network panels, and more).
- Practical experience utilizing AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, or Cursor to streamline tasks such as boilerplate code generation, troubleshooting, and workflow acceleration.
- Demonstrated experience with media queries.
- Familiarity with CSS frameworks, such as Twitter Bootstrap.
- The capability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized approach to work.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, coupled with the capacity for rapid learning.
- Working knowledge of PHP/MYSQL and AJAX (preferred).
- Experience with platforms such as WordPress, BigCommerce, Magento, and Shopify (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Availability to work a consistent 40-hour week, operating from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
