CodeHers is a prestigious two-day coding competition hosted by Walmart Global Tech India. Aimed at increasing access to technology careers for women in India, this challenge attracts approximately 100,000 registrations annually from female engineering students nationwide. It's designed to showcase the exciting opportunities available within Walmart Global Tech India's diverse tech roles. Participation offers students a remarkable chance to launch their tech careers, with top performers receiving the opportunity to complete an internship with Walmart and potentially securing a pre-placement offer for a suitable role upon successful completion. This competition represents a fantastic pathway for ambitious female engineering students to join Walmart Global Tech India.

Responsibilities
Education Qualification
- This competition is open to female students enrolled in full-time engineering programs at Indian colleges offering the following disciplines: Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), and Electronics and Electrical Engineering (EEE). Eligible students must be in the following batches:
- * **BE/B.Tech:** 2025 and 2026 graduating batches (First and second-year students are ineligible).
- * **Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech):** 2025 and 2026 graduating batches (First, second, and third-year students are ineligible).
- * **ME/M.Tech:** 2025 and 2026 graduating batches (The 2026 batch will be considered for summer internships; the 2025 batch for full-time roles).
- A minimum CGPA of 7.0 or higher is required for eligibility. Applicants not meeting this requirement will be disqualified. Any attempt to use multiple IDs to participate will result in immediate disqualification.
