Job Description

Ditto is seeking a Junior Associate – Risk Analyst who is detail-oriented and driven by execution to bolster the company’s access controls, compliance workflows, and internal security measures. This position integrates risk management, compliance, data integrity, and operational discipline, making it an excellent fit for individuals who thrive on working with structured data, conducting audits, and enhancing processes. The role involves close collaboration with HR, internal tool administrators, and various cross-functional teams to maintain robust Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) processes, ensure accurate audit trails, and uphold consistent compliance practices throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage access controls and identity workflows to enforce the principle of least privilege, ensure appropriate approvals, and maintain documented justifications.
• Support periodic access reviews and diligently track the closure of remediation actions.
• Maintain a centralized, accurate record of access requests, changes, reviews, and associated action items.
• Ensure all records possess a clear audit trail and are consistently updated.
• Coordinate with HR and tool owners to guarantee consistent adherence to JML processes.
• Monitor deprovisioning timelines and promptly flag any delays or discrepancies for corrective measures.
• Conduct periodic internal audits and assist with basic risk assessments.
• Verify compliance with internal standards for security, compliance, and data protection.
• Proactively identify deficiencies or inconsistencies within existing compliance workflows.
• Implement practical improvements to enhance traceability, consistency, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to enhancing data security controls across all departments.
• Escalate recurring issues or control weaknesses and oversee the progress of remediation efforts.
• Develop and maintain security and compliance metrics, dashboards, trackers, and reports for senior management.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of all reporting artifacts.
• Stay abreast of practical security and compliance methodologies employed by comparable companies.
• Assist in adapting industry best practices into effective and scalable controls for Ditto’s operational environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or higher.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Demonstrated sound judgment when handling access and sensitive data.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and tracker creation.
• Working knowledge of Google Apps Script or spreadsheet-based automation.
• Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, execution-focused work environment.
