Responsibilities

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MCA, or a related field with relevant experience.
• 0 to 1 year of experience.
• For fresh graduates, a passion for a Business Analyst role is essential.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects is preferred.

Skills

• Proven experience in eliciting business requirements and creating Epics, Themes, and User Stories, adhering to Eurofins' requirement flow (Business Requirements >> User Requirements >> User Stories).
• Ability to effectively influence without formal authority.
• Collaboration with Business Process Owners (specifically the GSC Compensation and Benefits Team) to elicit, review, and document requirements.
• Exceptional documentation skills, ensuring clarity for both business users and the development team.
• Production of comprehensive, detailed requirements documents, signed off by process owners to define project scope.
• Creation and execution of functional tests, verifying that acceptance criteria are met prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintenance of up-to-date User Stories throughout the development lifecycle.
• Review of Test Scenarios and Test Cases provided by the QA team as needed.
• Skill in creating wireframes, mockups, flow diagrams, and facilitating prototypes as necessary.
• Background in Software Development/Engineering.
• Experience in testing functionalities delivered by the development team.
• Knowledge of process modeling.
• Proactive escalation and follow-up of any issues or deviations impacting software development completion.
• Contribution to the troubleshooting, testing, and documentation of application functions to a high-quality standard.
• Collaboration with the development team to resolve issues.
• Preferred: Experience working on Human Resource-related products/projects and a solid understanding of the Annual Review Process.
• Understanding of overall requirements and assistance in developing an automation strategy (including framework, prioritization, and planning, integrated with the overall project plan).
• Preparation of Test schedules aligned with project scope and delivery dates, as needed.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Collaboration with Software Architect(s) and other technical groups within Eurofins (including design, documentation, prototyping, and validation).
• Proficiency in MS Azure DevOps.
