Job Description

The Data Platform and Delivery Management team is seeking a Product Specialist to contribute to the product management and support of Usage and Metering initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Data Solutions products and delivery technologies, play a vital role in defining and expanding available product packages, and contribute to enhancing features for improved connectivity, scalability, and user experience. Collaboration with a globally distributed team encompassing Content, Product, Strategy, Sales & Support, and Engineering is essential.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the daily influx of product requests, providing guidance towards meaningful and timely resolution.
• Deliver clear and detailed responses to requests, incorporating references to relevant supporting documentation.
• Support product owners in specifying and designing products that effectively capture market share within the financial data investments sector.
• Contribute actively to departmental product development projects.
• Identify recurring issues and requests, formulating recommendations for feature enhancements.
• Collect metrics related to product usage, reported issues, time to first response, and time to resolution.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement of Product Support processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive support and troubleshooting documentation.
• Regularly disseminate Data Solutions product best practices to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, and/or Finance.
