Job Description

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to gather data on system and software usage.
• Work with internal sales and strategy teams to develop usage reports.
• Employ various testing methodologies to ensure the delivery of reliable software and accurate data to clients and stakeholders.
• Acquire and adhere to best practices for runtime operations, on-call support responsibilities, and established deployment procedures.
• Engage with cross-functional peers within a Scrum/Agile framework and communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing demonstrations of delivered projects, status updates, and addressing challenges and potential roadblocks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related computer-focused discipline, graduating in 2024 or 2025.
• Six to twelve months of software development experience.
• A strong understanding of systems design principles, data structures, and algorithm design.
• A pragmatic and realistic approach to problem-solving, with an emphasis on prototyping and iterative development methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
