Job Description
First America is seeking a Process Associate for their US Mortgage division. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, proficiency in basic computer applications, and foundational Excel skills. A typing speed of 35 words per minute with 95% accuracy is essential. Candidates must be adaptable and willing to work rotating shifts. Recent graduates (2023 or 2024) are strongly encouraged to apply. The role is non-voice and non-technical support based.
