Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals with a strong interest in developing a career within the Customer Support domain. The Associate Technical Support Engineer will be instrumental in fulfilling various organizational and operational support requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational capabilities. A proficiency in analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and a logical approach are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The successful applicant should possess a proactive attitude and contribute actively to the expansion of the customer knowledge base. Given the potential need to support customers across different time zones, shift work may be required, and candidates must be willing to accommodate this flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support to customers through email and a ticketing system.
• Contribute actively to the maintenance and expansion of the Customer Support knowledge base.
• Escalate unresolved support tickets to the appropriate internal teams and diligently follow up on their resolution.
• Perform manual tasks as required to resolve customer issues.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts as part of a 24×5 operational schedule.
• Availability to work on Indian Holidays and weekends as needed.
• Solid foundational knowledge of Python and database management principles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work from the office or remotely, depending on business needs.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Educational Background: Graduates (Freshers/College Interns) are encouraged to apply.
