Job Description
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Anganwadi Worker posts in the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) projects within the Visakhapatnam district. Vacancies exist in the centers specified in the attached list. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with prevailing government regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- The applicant must be a married woman and a permanent resident of the local area.
- Applicants must have passed the 10th class examination.
- The applicant must have completed 21 years of age and must not have completed 35 years of age as of 01.07.2025 (the year of appointment).
- For Anganwadi centers notified for Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates, only SC/ST candidates are eligible to apply. If candidates over the age of 21 are not available for these notified SC/ST Anganwadi center posts, applications from candidates who are 18 years of age will be considered.
- Candidates must attach copies of valid certificates issued by the designated authority, in accordance with the rules, pertaining to their respective category (SC/ST/BC/EWS/Minor Locomotor Disability/Disabled). Failure to attach the required documents will result in the information not being considered and the application being deemed invalid.
- Applications lacking the necessary qualification and preference-related documents will not be considered for eligibility.
- Candidates must provide complete information regarding their local status in the designated column of the application form and must attach supporting documents such as Aadhar card, Ration card, Voter card, or certificate issued through MeeSeva. Failure to do so will result in the application not being considered.
